Terms of Service
This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and PaidToClick (pay.swkmail.com) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement PaidToClick is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.
You have to read these terms from time to time in order to see if there are some changes.
Liability
PaidToClick will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. PaidToClick reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. PaidToClick, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
System Requirements
Our program is tested for Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher, it seems that works also with Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or higher, but it depends on your personal settings, there are too many features and add ons for it. Other browsers lead to an account termination due to errors.
Your browser need to be Javascript and cookie enabled and have the possibility to handle iframes.
You may not use AdBlock or other Advertisement Block Systems while using our program due to our agreement with our clients for maximum exposure. If we find that you have such a plug-in enabled while browsing our site, you may receive a warning.
Please be careful when getting warnings, accumulated warnings will lead to an account review and/or suspension and possibly termination.
Users TOS
Only one account per person is allowed! For one account per person we intend one account per houseold, one account per IP.
On Click Links or Banners section you will find a list of advertiser ads. Before clicking read carefully the instructions above the link/banner. Failing to follow the instructions will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. After you visited the advertisers site, just click on refresh to see another paying link.
You can refer a maximum of 100 (onehundred) friends. You will earn 40% of all their earnings. You must have clicked at least one ad in the last 24 hours to earn money from referrals.
Inactive accounts for more than 7 days will be cancelled without prior notice, all funds will be forfeited and referrals, if any, lost. After cancellation the only possibility is to signup again and restart from zero!
Remember that advertisers pay for this, if they do not earn money they will not pay anymore!!!
When you reach the minimum balance you have the option to withdraw money directly to your PayPal/AlertPay account or to your Advertiser account to use money to advertise your sites.
The use of proxies and/or tunnels or any other tool for anonymous browsing is strictly prohibited. All members caught using tools for anonymous browsing will be cancelled, banned and prosecuted by law if needed.
Advertiser TOS
Only one account per person is allowed!
Advertising Terms: The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. The website must not contain any frame breakers, except for the ads displayed. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.
